Strange Tree

Omega Brah! I am not a frat boy, but my good friend is. We were walking around Marconi Conference Center in Point Reyes and we saw this tree. It looks like an upside down Omega sign. You my think it looks like something else. I guess that is what photography is all about. The author and reader, (viewer in this case) may have differing opinions about what they see. A picture is worth a thousand words right?

Perspectives

I like taking photos of things from a different perspective, or point of view. It livens up what would normally be just another tired shot. Here is the Luxor in Vegas.

My Favorite Painting

This is a painting that can be found in Waikiki. It costs about 15-17K so I will not be getting it anytime soon (EVER!). But walking one day I was able to use the elf to take this picture. See how amazingly real it looks. Cool huh. I actually blew this picture up 11inx17in. Far from the massive 5ftx5ft.

Self Portrait

This is one of my favorites not because of the thirds rule, rainbow, or shadow, but because of the difficulty of the shot. I actually took this picture and that was my shadow looking at the rainbow with a rule of thirds displayed. Geeky stuff sorry. It was my personal accomplishment.

Hamm -"ER"

This is my buddy, Er. I can't stand his logic, or should I say illogic, he gets on my nerves, and he always tries to push my buttons, but he is my best friend nonetheless. Here we are at the airport parking lot. He decided to pose and I had my trusty elf. I believe it was my 4 mega pixel elf at the time.

Clouds

Here is an interesting pic, again with a cell phone (iPhone) that I had to take when I came out of a meeting. It almost looks like the sun was a shooting star and the clouds are the trails it left behind. I just thought it was interesting. Hope you enjoy.

Sun Rays

I took this shot with a cell phone camera. I wish I had my trusty elf, but for convenience I felt that I could walk without it. I know that the elf would have captured more of it's beauty. But oh well. (It was a Blackjack cell phone if you were wondering.)
